Web Users may find it necessary to make a one-time, initial change to Microsoft Internet Explorer to enable web review of images from iQ-WEB Servers. Please perform the following steps:

 

1) Launch Internet Explorer.

2) Go to Tools => Internet Options... => Security => Internet => Custom Level...

3) Change “Download unsigned ActiveX controls” to “Prompt”

4) Change “Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe” to “Prompt”

5) Quit and re-launch Internet Explorer

 

 

 

Login to the iQ-WEB Web Site you wish to access with your assigned Username and Password (contact the system administrator at the site if you are unsure of their IP address or your assigned Username and Password). When prompted, accept both the ActiveX control and the installation of the iQ-X module.

 

If desired, you may change back the above security settings to their original settings after successful installation of the iQ-X module.
