The customers shown at right are a diverse group. From small Private Practice Clinics to large Multi-modality Facilities. From a World Renowned Aquarium to a World Championship Football Team. From Large Multi-site, Multi-modality Orthopedic groups to Major Universities. From Urgent Care Centers to Specialized Care Facilities...

These users require immediate image access with high system availability.

In every instance, FastPACS addresses the differing image storage, distribution and routing needs of all these users. And FastPACS does it day in, day out with remarkable reliability, unparalleled speed and exceptional affordability.

Unlimited Web Distribution

Your images are available on Windows, Mac, Linux, Solaris, essentially any computer with a web browser. Plus there are no applications to install, no applets to download and no browser customization which means zero administration headaches for users. This also means it’s easy to access your FastPACS from computers where you are prohibited from installing applications or browser plug-ins. Plus, you can use your iPhone or iPod Touch to review images just as easily as you use your desktop computer, and all communications are 128-bit encrypted for security and HIPAA compliance. And, “Unlimited” truly means Unlimited. There are never any fees to pay, nor licenses to purchase for web viewing.

High Speed Image Review

Web distribution is only useful if it is fast. FastPACS lives up to its name by delivering your images almost instantaneously throughout your facility. And, with typical broadband speeds, you can retrieve your CR images from virtually anywhere worldwide within 2-3 seconds without the hassle of installing applications.

Full-Featured Workstation

In addition to web distribution, FastPACS furnishes you with iQ-VIEW, an FDA-Certified Workstation environment. A full complement of tools are at your disposal including window width/window level, global zoom, pan, scrolling magnifying glass, linear distance and angle measurements including Cobb Angle, cine, localizing reference lines for cross-sectional imaging, and more including DICOM Print to laser film-based imagers. You may also save your annotated images back to the FastPACS Archive to complement the original images of the patient study.

Patient CD Creation and Importation

It’s a snap to create patient CD’s at your workstation with each disk  DICOM Part 10 Compliant to fully conform with industry standards. Viewing software is automatically written to each disk for use with Windows-based PC’s along with jpeg images to allow viewing with other computer platforms. When patients bring CD’s to your office from other institutions, you can easily import these studies directly into your FastPACS to store them with your patient’s permanent record.

Standards-Based Image Archiving

Your patient studies are stored in native DICOM format using no proprietary methods and are completely compliant with industry standards. When your practice expands, additional modalities are easily integrated in your system with no per-modality cost. Plus, there are never any caps or additional “usage” fees that, astonishingly, some vendors impose if your workload increases. Who are we to tell you how busy you are entitled to be?

Sophisticated Image Routing

FastPACS can provide automatic image routing of studies to other DICOM servers and workstations on a wide range of parameters and can synchronize with another local or remote FastPACS server for fully automatic bi-directional image redundancy.
